Recherche un directeur technique pour un client final specialisé dans les reseaux sociaux. Le poste est a pourvoir en CDI avec le client final.

Job description :

You will be head of the R&D team, developping the software architecture and new features for the SocialCRM suite of applications. You ll make technological and architectural choices, closely manage the line of products development, and manage the R&D team QA.
As a white label software-as-a-service, companies applications need to be highly customizable to the customer s needs, while retaining core performance, security, scalability and upward compatibility.
Because your decisions will have direct impact on assets and value, you ll be under direct supervision
of the co-founder and CEO.

Job requirements:

You have to be comfortable with these requirements, even if you don t master all technologies :
• Early adopter of Object-Oriented Design and Programming, strong understanding of Design Patterns
and Software Architecture
• Expert practical knowledge of RubyOnRails language and environment (Capistrano, RSpec, Sinatra,
etc.), or similar (Django/Python,...)
• Expert knowledge of MySQL techniques, good knowledge of NoSQL alternatives (Redis/Cassandra/
CouchDB/MongoDB...)
• Expert knowledge of caching, indexing and message queuing services
• Expert knowledge of system and hosting (in particular Amazon EC2 and S3, mail servers)
• Expert knowledge of front-end technologies (CoffeeScript, JSON, Sass/ Compass, ...)
• Good knowledge of real time and event driven techniques (Websocket, NodeJS, XMPP,...)
• Up to date monitoring of cutting edge technologies, in particular related to performance (Erlang, Express...)

Salary
60 to 80 K€ gross salary depending on skills and experience.
